![]() I have to double cleanse (oil cleanser plus foam cleanser) and check closely to make sure I got it all off. The only downside: it's REALLY tough to remove. ![]() I unscrew the cap and squeeze it straight out of the tube. I use a setting powder over this (Kat Von D Lock It powder) and my face is good to go. It gives just enough coverage to help tone down any redness or discoloration. I was scared by how dark the product looked before I applied it but the tint blends right in even when applied generously - best of all, there's no orange or yellow hue to it. ![]() It has high SPF, goes on very smooth and soothing with absolutely ZERO stinging, which is a rarity for my sensitive skin, and leaves a natural matte finish. Promising review: "This is an all-around excellent product. What is left is a very slight, almost invisible, and pleasant luminosity on the skin, and that is the zinc tiny particles doing their job which is reflect the sunlight back from your face." - countingblessingsĪ bunch of reviewers say the squeezy tube doesn't work very well, so you might be better off unscrewing the cap and squeezing it straight out. Soon after blending you’ll see it completely becomes transparent! The shine and greasiness does go mostly away with time (it’s not an oily feeling, it’s more of a silicone-y feeling which feels more luxurious). In the pictures, you can see me apply this sunscreen on my medium/olive skin tone face. I even tried some expensive sunscreens that aren’t as good. I haven’t seen any other check all my above requirements at the same time. This sunscreen checks all my requirement boxes: 100% mineral sunscreen/no chemical filters, only zinc oxide as the active ingredient (zinc is the safest UV filter), high concentration of zinc oxide (20%), does not irritate eyes or skin because it is completely mineral and only has bland, inactive ingredients in a cream vehicle for sensitive skin types, no white cast on an olive skin tone, high enough SPF 40, water resistant for 40 min (for pool, I’d say look for an 80 min water resistant sunscreen), fragrance-free, moisturizing, does not pill or look flaky on eyebrows and hair line (and I bet it’s beard suitable too), and not too expensive. Promising review (for the photo on the left): "After trying several sunscreens for my face I’ve finally found my holy grail: Cotz Sensitive. What I love: it's a non-greasy, mineral sunscreen with anti-aging formula that prevents heat-aging, is good for sensitive skin, doesn't leave any irritation or breakouts, a strong smell, and it's easy to pump, leaves a matte finish, quick lock-in, healthy glow, and dewiness." - RizĬheck out my full review of the MAKE P:REM UV Defense Me Blue Ray Sun Gel (#8) for more info! I received countless compliments (even from my haters) because of this sunscreen especially when mixed with the Boscia Tsubaki Glotion. I don’t even have to wear a thousand layers of highlighter to make me look like one of the K-pop idols. When I come home from a long day out, I notice that my skin still gives out that glowy and youthful complexion. It not only has SPF but also has a TPF (Triple Protection) factor that regulates the overheating and the temperature of your skin because you’re so damn HOT, girl! Let me also tell you that it does not give you a white cast, so they won’t have you mistaken for a friend of Casper. What I really like about this sun gel is that it’s non-greasy and it really protects my face from the heat of the sun. A little goes a long way and I can attest to that since mine took 4–6 months to get emptied out. Promising review (for the photo on the right): "I'm down to my third bottle! This sunscreen leaves your face feeling fresh and dewy after only a pea-sized application.
